Eligibility & Conditions

  • ✓ Registered Company/LLP (under 5 years) or willing to register within 3 months.
  • ✓ Minimum 51% shareholding by a resident Indian.
  • ✓ Mandatory submission of a Written Business Plan.

Designed for students with novel ideas to validate their concepts and build a strong foundation without immediate company registration.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • ✓ KUK Students / Innovators in the pure ideation or research phase.
  • ✓ No immediate Company/LLP registration required (up to 6 months).
  • ✓ Focus on building the first Proof of Concept (PoC).
